These incentives are limited based on the details below per Entergy Louisiana residential account, across all Residential and Retail Products Program channels, while funds are available. You must agree to install the incentivized product in the home served by your Entergy Louisiana account. Purchase of an incentivized product via this online store constitutes participation in the Entergy Louisiana Residential Retail and Products Program.

Other than this warranty, Entergy Louisiana makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. The customer shall in no event be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, in contract, tort or otherwise. Entergy Louisiana’s liability and customer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specific products for which damages are claimed at the option of Entergy Louisiana.
