Emerson Sensi Wifi Thermostat
Awesome thermostat, great deal! Works with Google Home, Apple Homekit, or Alexa. Can make adjustments from your phone via the app or just say "Hey Google, it's warm in here" or whatever in house spy you use. You can program time slots and when you register with the website, they send you a monthly usage report. Easy install instructions for DIY'ers. Can be powered by the HVAC unit or batteries.
