This thermostat requires a C-Wire. If your home does not have five wires behind your current thermostat, you will need to purchase the Honeywell Home c-wire adapter.

Entergy Louisiana’s liability and customer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specific products for which damages are claimed at the option of Entergy Louisiana.
